Welcome to Argus. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our attendance mobile web app, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the app. By using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our app.

1. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Account Registration: To access certain features of the app, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Our pricing for the attendance mobile web app is 6000 INR for up to 10 users. For every additional 10 users, the pricing increases by 3500 INR.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before access to the app is granted. We accept payments through all type of  payment methods.
• Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes under Indian law unless otherwise specified.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property available on the app are the property of Argus Technologies or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
• License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the app for your personal and internal business purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the app, such as introducing viruses or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or any systems or networks connected to the app.

5. Data Privacy Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Argus Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in TamilNadu, India.

9. Changes to the Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our app. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
